To put a quote within the citation, it should be written in quotation marks, but not within double quotation marks. In this case, the quotation mark must be put inside the brackets surrounding the quotation.For the second citation, the quotation must be placed after the reference, and not within double quotation marks. To paraphrase a quote, the quote must be placed within a section of the paper that explains what is being paraphrased. This does not mean that the entire portion must be incorporated, but it should be included in the paper's written context.
